Code of Ethics & Community Standards

Members and volunteers are expected to treat each other with respect regardless of background, experience level, or ability; compete and train with honesty and fair play; put safety ahead of any result; and never discriminate against or harass another member. Violations can be reported via our Contact page and are handled under our Safeguarding and Complaints processes.

Safeguarding Policy

Persian FSS is committed to protecting the wellbeing of everyone in our community, including minors and vulnerable adults who may take part in events. Anyone with a safeguarding concern can report it confidentially via our Contact page; reports are taken seriously and handled without retaliation against the person reporting. A fully documented, formally adopted safeguarding policy is in development as our governance structure is finalized.

Complaints, Grievances & Whistleblowing

If you have a complaint about Persian FSS, a member, or an officer, you can raise it via our Contact page — select the relevant topic so it reaches the right people. We commit to acknowledging complaints and not retaliating against anyone who raises one in good faith. A fully documented, formal complaints procedure with defined response times is in development.

Text, design, and original photography on this website belong to Persian FSS unless otherwise credited. We only use images we have rights to or explicit consent for. If you believe an image of you has been used without consent, or that your copyrighted material appears here without permission, contact us and we will address it promptly.

Accessibility Statement

Persian FSS aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across public pages, including keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and sufficient color contrast. This is an ongoing effort, not a completed certification. If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, please contact us — we want to know and will work to fix it.
